On the morning of November 9th, the 2019 World Internet of Things Convention Artificial Intelligence Forum was held in Beijing, China. The forum was co-organized by the China Information Industry Association, the World Internet of Things Convention and the Diplomatic Council. Shen Jianhe, deputy Secretary-General of the WIOTC, Andreas Dripke, Global Executive Chairman of the Diplomatic Council, Ma Ping, Director of Operation of Guodian Hi-Tech, Bo Sheng, founding partner of Chain Stone Capital, and Li Wenchuang, Director of China Mobile Beijing attended the forum and made important speeches. Ren Bo, Deputy Secretary-General of the WIOTC, hosted the forum, and Shen Jianhe, Deputy Secretary-General of the WIOTC, delivered a welcome speech. The World IoT Research Institute, IoT Innovation Alliance, World Green Design Organization, and China IoT Trade Association participated in co-organization.

Shen Jianhe, Deputy Secretary-General of the WIOTC first expressed welcome and thanks to the guests. He said that the WIOTC aims to build a new consensus on the IoT among all sectors of government and business, build a new economy in the IoT world, use the advanced IoT technology and funds of China and the globe to support the application of the IoT industry in various countries, benefit the lives and work of people in all countries, and promote the development and progress of human society. He pointed out that the current round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial changes are accelerating, new technologies, new applications and new business forms such as IoT and artificial intelligence are in the ascendant, and have ushered in more powerful development drivers and broader development space. Artificial intelligence, as the most pioneering part of the IoT, is rapidly rising, exploring the market construction methods and sustainable development of IoT smart devices and software.

Andreas Dripke, Global Executive Chairman of the Diplomatic Council, gave a wonderful lecture on the topic "How IoT and artificial intelligence change the world far beyond technology".

Ma Ping, Director of Operation of Guodian Hi-Tech, elaborated the theme of "Internet of Everything, escorted by Tianqi" from three aspects: "Relationship of Tianqi Satellite and Internet of Everything", "Intellectual Property and Qualification of Guodian Hi-Tech", "Basis and Development Plan of Tianqi Constellation". Internet of everything, she predicted the broad future of the IoT. She also pointed out that the current pain point of the IoT is that a large part of the region is not covered by the basic operator network and it is difficult to cope with emergencies. In response, the Tianqi satellite network of Guodian Hi-Tech can serve as an effective supplement, and the unique advantages of the Tianqi satellite system can escort the development of the IoT.

Zhao Botao, vice President of CANBOT, made a sharing entitled "5G Accelerates Intelligent Robot “Climber” Reaches the Top", he pointed out that there are four trends in the intelligent robot industry in the 5G era: first, robots will realize the evolution from homo sapiens to Superman; second, Robots will be the center of intelligent management and control in the 5G era; third, the 5G era will accelerate the integration of robots and the cloud; fourth, the consumption pattern will be upgraded in the 5G era. He said that in the future, intelligent robots are promising in the commercial, educational and home ends.

Xie Jun of HeT Smart Residence Technology Water Ecology Department put forward his own unique opinion on the subject of "application of IoT, big data and artificial intelligence in smart cities". He pointed out that if we want to do smart cities well, we must first do the underlying data. Only with data can we have artificial intelligence, the IoT and wisdom. Only after the data is calculated can we serve specific scenarios and build a smart city. He also explained the application of IoT artificial intelligence in smart cities in detail through practical cases.

Bo Sheng, founding partner of Chain Stone Capital, gave a speech entitled "Artificial Intelligence Meets Blockchain". Through the analysis of RMB internationalization and Xiong'an millennium plan, he believes that the country will definitely embrace blockchain. He pointed out that the combination of artificial intelligence and blockchain can complete the remaining functions that the Internet could not previously complete. Taking medical, financial, and insurance fields as examples, he pointed out that the combination of artificial intelligence and blockchain can help various industries reduce operating costs and improve efficiency.

Li Wenchuang, Director of China Mobile Beijing, shared “Building Intelligent Upgrade Solution” from three aspects: “Industry Status and Demand Analysis”, “Overall Design”, and “Economic Benefit Analysis”, and pointed out that buildings can be empowered through new scenarios, new technologies and new operations. Through detailed scene descriptions, she intuitively and clearly introduced that buildings can become efficient, convenient, intelligent, and comfortable after being intelligent transformation, and can bring a better experience to investors, properties, enterprises, employees, and visitors.

Deputy Secretary-General Ren Bo made a concluding statement, saying that with the development of artificial intelligence, it has widely affected every field of human life, not only affecting everyone's daily life, but also the development prospects of various countries, and even the interconnectedness of the entire world will be closely related to artificial intelligence.
